Evens it is!
Can’t believe it. Recorded the ‘even’ sonatas this week! Adds new meaning to the notion of evening the score. Feel free to groan. But what’s far from groaning about is my team of Chris and Joel, who worked as beautifully as ever – musical, funny, focused. And now it’s done. There’s editing to do, and the promise of where to take this project to flesh out, follow through on, but it’s been a solid year of many hours a day living with this music, having it take over my dreamscape, finger it as I ride the subway and learn about the conditions under which it came into being. And now the next chapter, where-ever that leads…..
